Freshly-prepared meals, restaurant-style dining, and customized nutrition plans – cuisine at New Hope Valley offers it all. Led by Cuisine Director Erriesha Dunnaway, the cuisine staff works to ensure that residents have access to a variety of delicious, healthy food options.

At each meal, residents gather in the spacious, shared dining room to eat together. Our attentive staff serves beverages and takes the residents’ meal orders, which are promptly prepared in the community’s professional-grade kitchen. Residents may also have meals delivered to their room if they do not wish to eat in the common space.

The menu varies day to day, though certain staple foods are always available. For instance, while the signature dishes at lunch and dinner may change at each meal, residents will always be offered salad, soup, and dessert. If a resident is not interested in the daily menu item, he or she can order from our standard menu. By mixing standard menu items with signature dishes, we ensure that residents always have access to the food they’ll enjoy, without the fear of growing bored with the menu.
